CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
due to the unique hand-made nature of each piece,we do not accept returns or exchanges. that said, if your item arrives damages or different than described, please contact uswithin 3 days of deliverywith photos and we will make it right.
WHAT IF MY GARMENT DOESN'T FIT?
we strongly recommend checking the detailed measurements listed with each item before purchasing. since all garments are vintage and sizing standards vary by era, we don’t accept returns for fit issues. need help visualizing the fit? send us a message — we’re happy to help you figure it out before you buy.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGES?
take clear photos of the damage and packaging and email us within 3 days of receiving your order. if it’s an error on our part, we’ll work to make it right — either with a refund or a replacement if possible. (though with one-of-a-kind items, replacements are rarely identical.)
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t been shipped yet. after that, we cannot guarantee cancellation. please reach out on instagram for quickest response.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
we ship from new york city, though sometimes it feels like a different planet.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
not at the moment but we’re working on it. for now, shipping is available within the U.S. only.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
please allow 5–7 business days for processing. each item is hand-finished and packed by one mysterious entity (me). once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS first class or priority mail. if you need express shipping, please reach out on instagram.
WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
yes! once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info. if you don’t see it, check your spam or the void (same thing, really).
WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE?
recycled or recyclable materials whenever possible—because sustainability isn’t just a trend, it’s part of the spell. expect simple, minimal packaging with a touch of weirdness.

ARE THE GARMENTS REALLY ONE OF A KIND?
yes! each piece is sourced from vintage or secondhand stock and then sublimated by hand. you won’t find these anywhere else, in any other size. when it's gone, it's gone.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?
in order to take the best care of your garment, please follow these CARE INSTRUCTIONS: hand wash inside out with cold water, hang dry with no heat. please expect fading. for in depth care instructions, click here.
HOW DOES SIZING WORK?
we offer garments for both women and men from size xs to 3xl. because our pieces are sourced from vintage and secondhand clothing, sizing varies. we include an INDRID SIZE, or a standardized unisex size reflecting modern sizes. we also include detailed measurements for each item, so you know exactly what you’re getting. for more information, click here.
WILL MY GARMENT HAVE FLAWS?
possibly and that’s the point. these are vintage pieces. minor imperfections, signs of wear, or texture variance are part of the charm. we’ll always note anything major in the listing, but signs of past lives are to be expected. for more information, click here.
